The Green Gold Label Foundation maintains a secure and confidential whistleblowing procedure in accordance with EU Directive 2019/1937. This system empowers any individual to report concerns regarding the integrity or implementation of the GGL certification scheme directly to the Foundation.
- Confidential & Anonymous: You can share your views anonymously to protect your identity. The reporting platform is ISO-27001 certified.
- Direct Reporting: Information is submitted directly to the Green Gold Label Foundation to ensure immediate oversight.
- Retaliation Protection: In line with EU standards, all reporting persons are protected against any form of retaliation.
The Green Gold Label welcomes all findings and observations that are reported. Your feedback helps us learn, improve, and provide the highest level of assurance for sustainable biomass certification.
